Apartments are situated in Green scarf of Bar, in pine tree wood. This location is famous for it good clima, where the see and mountain airflow are met, perfect place for the people with respiration problems.

Apartments are 500 m far away from the beach and there are above the railway Subotica - Bar.
There are three apartments, 35 m2 with own terrases, surounded with pines.

Each apartment, has living room with two beds (can transform in doublebeds), TV and waredrob. The fully equpped kitchen with stove, refrigerator is ideal for up to five persons (dishes, glasess, plates, forks, spoons and knifes).

Bathrooms with shower cabines. Bedroom with two beds. Apartments are airconditioned. Parking place in front of the house.

Apartments are located in pine wood, ideal for resting and without any loudly objects or frequently roads near them.
Resting over the whole year is possible due to it's mild climate with 300 warm but not hot sunny days.

The City of Bar with its interesting touristic offer, several well know beaches and marina for leaving or renting a yaht is nice place for spending a holiday.

The famous Bar beaches are City beach, Žukotrlica in Šušanj, surounded with pine wood with restaurants and other interesting offer, then beautiful Red beach and many other small beaches where you can come only by boat.
